HOW TO USE HEMP OIL

The dietary fat profile, ideal 3:1 balanced ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3, GLA and SDA content provides hemp oil an edge over other culinary oils available on the market.

Hemp oil has a flavorful, light, nutty taste and can be used in a wide range of recipes, for dipping, dressing and cooking.

It is not suitable for frying as this reduces the benefits.Use it every day on salty and sweet dishes: sauces, dips, marinades, salad dressing, mayonnaise, soups, creams, bread and other bakery products, pastries and cakes, desserts, shakes or smoothies.

Recommended daily intake one tablespoon (15 ml), or in the case of therapy this can be increased up to 150 ml per day approximately 7 days, then reverting to the normal daily intake amount.

Keep stored in a cool, dark and dry place at a temperature below 200C.  Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
